The day started out okay but then turned into a shocker. The Team performed quite well, placing 5th of 11 teams in the comp.
Great photo below showing Carla leading and Kate closing the 800m in torrential rain. Carla went on to win in a convincing run.
Some high standard performances from everyone. Perrin's 200m was excellent, as was David's 800m with Ben close behind in a time of 2:04.
Great to see Simon having a crack at the 5000m at the end of the day, a gutsy run.
